About the course
This two-day course is especially designed to meet the increasingly high demands of knowledge and skills in the field of Learning and Development (L&D). To become a qualified L&D professional, one is required to possess specialized knowledge and skillsets necessary to function successfully in the Training Department, Human Resources and beyond. This program is developed to meet the distinctive needs of the current L&D professionals, ranging from fresh graduates, inspiring to work as L&D professionals to budding L&D executives or managers.

Biography
Holding a Master of Arts in TESOL, University of Canberra, Australia and Bachelor Education in TEFL, Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh, currently a School Director of Cambodia Language Academy, Mr. SOK Sopheak has more than ten years of experiences related to teaching and training. He has been a teacher trainer, Learning and Development Strategist, corporate trainer & facilitator, public speaker, English language program coordinator, language instructor and university lecturer.
